Privacy Policy
What we collect, why we collect it, and how to get it removed
§1 — What We Collect
- Account data: your account name, display name, e-mail address, and a hashed (never plaintext) password.
- Technical data: your IP address and a hardware identifier reported by the game client, recorded together with connection timestamps.
- Gameplay data: characters, progress, and in-game activity tied to your account.
- Session cookie: a single cookie that keeps you logged in on this website. It contains no personal data and is not used for advertising or tracking.
§2 — Why We Collect It
- To create, secure, and operate your account — including two-factor login codes and password recovery sent to your e-mail address.
- To run the game service and keep gameplay working as intended.
- To enforce the server rules: technical data lets us act against ban evasion, cheating, and abuse.
§3 — Who Can See It
- Your data stays on our own servers. We do not sell it and we do not share it with advertisers.
- Only administrators need to review account and connection records, and only for moderation.
- E-mail is delivered through the mail server that handles our domain, purely so verification messages reach you.
§4 — How Long We Keep It
- Account and gameplay data is kept while your account exists.
- Connection logs are kept as long as they are useful for moderation and security.
- An unconfirmed registration is discarded automatically — if you never enter the e-mailed code, nothing is stored and the name and address stay free for anyone to use.
§5 — Your Choices
- You can change your e-mail address and password at any time from your account panel.
- You may request deletion of your account and its personal data by contacting the administration on our Discord. Records tied to an active ban may be retained to keep that ban enforceable.
- Blocking the session cookie in your browser is possible, but you will not be able to log in.
§6 — Changes
- This policy may be updated as the service changes; significant changes will be announced in the news section.
